Reinforced, stackable 102L heavy-duty tote, an ideal storage solution for home organization. The tote includes a black base made from durable recycled polypropylene and a yellow reinforced snap-fit lid to secure and protect your valuables. Lockable design includes integrated slots for extra security.

Shipping & Return

Returns Policy

You may return your unused, undamaged bins within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If the return is not the result of a Store Your Bins error, you will be charged a $30 flat rate return shipping fee.

Bin Buyback Program: At the end of your storage term, provided your bins are in good condition (no visible damage, dents, scratches, or missing pieces), Store Your Bins will buy back your bins for a full refund. You can submit a buyback refund request to us via our Contact form on our website and when approved, we will pick up your buyback bins within 14 days and process your refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your unused bins to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return your bins, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned bins.

Shipping

Store Your Bins ships empty bins free of charge to any customer in the GTA within a 15km radius of our warehouse.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options available. We will also calculate the shipping distance based on the shipping address you provide. If your shipping address falls outside the 15km radius for free shipping, a distance surcharge of $15 will apply.
