We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with reasonable notice provided to customers.
Our services are subject to certain limitations, including but not limited to:

◉ Prohibited items, such as hazardous materials, illegal substances, or perishable items, as specified in our Prohibited Items list (provided separately).
◉ Geographical limitations for our delivery and pickup services.
User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities

◉ You shall not engage in any activity that interferes with our ability to provide services to other customers or that may damage our property or the property of other customers.
◉ You agree to indemnify and hold Store Your Bins harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these terms or your use of our services.
Pricing and Payment Terms
Our pricing plans and payment terms are detailed on our website and may vary depending on the storage plan selected and any additional services requested. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your use of our services, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for these amounts.
All fees are non-refundable, except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use or as required by law. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, and any price changes will be posted on our website and communicated to you in advance.
Delivery, Access, and Pickup
We provide delivery and pickup services for our storage bins within our designated service areas. You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery and pickup locations are safe and accessible and that you or your authorized representative is present during these appointments.
You may access your stored belongings by scheduling an access appointment with us. We will provide you with reasonable access to your storage bin during our business hours, subject to availability. Additional fees may apply for after-hours access or last-minute scheduling changes.
Insurance and Liability
Store Your Bins maintains insurance coverage for our operations, including general liability insurance. However, this insurance does not cover the contents of your storage bin. It is your responsibility to maintain appropriate insurance coverage for your stored items, and we strongly recommend that you do so.
We will exercise reasonable care in handling and storing your belongings, but we are not liable for any loss, damage, or destruction of your stored items except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use or as required by law.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and other materials, is the property of Store Your Bins or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may access and use this content solely for your personal, non-commercial use and may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
Feedback and User Content
We welcome your feedback and suggestions for improving our services. Any ideas, suggestions, or other user content you provide to us may be used and exploited by Store Your Bins without compensation to you, and you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and royalty-free license to use and incorporate your feedback into our services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without any representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be resolved through confidential binding arbitration, except that you or Store Your Bins may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify. The arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis, and neither party shall bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Use or if we reasonably suspect that you are engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities.
