1. What Is Microstorage?
Store Your Bins microstorage is a bin storage service that brings storage to you. With microstorage, you only pay for what you need, when you need it. No more monthly contracts and annoying trips to a half-empty storage locker. You buy your bins, we ship them to you, you pack them and schedule a pick-up with our team who transport them to our secure facility. When you want your bins back, simply cancel your storage service and schedule a delivery. Storage made easy!
2. What Items Can I Store?
We accommodate most household belongings, from clothing, kitchenware, books, linens, toiletries, and more. However, hazardous materials, perishables, and illegal items are strictly prohibited for safety and legal reasons. Please refer to the list of Prohibited Items for more information. 3. What Area Do You Service?
Store Your Bins services most of the Greater Toronto Area within a 30km radius of Midtown Toronto. Upon checkout, you will be prompted to enter your postal code and confirm your location is within our service area.
4. Where Do You Store My Items? Can I Access Them?
For safety and security reasons, the location of our warehouse is undisclosed and access to the facility is strictly limited to staff only. Rest assured, our facility is monitored by 24/7 surveillance and adheres to the strictest security standards to keep your goods secure.
5. How Do Pick-Ups And Deliveries Work?
Upon checkout, you will be prompted to select a pick-up date and time for your packed bins. To allow time for you to receive your empty bins and pack them, the pick-up date is restricted to a minimum of 3 days after the date of purchase. On the day of your pick-up, you will receive a reminder notification via email and will be notified when we have arrived to pick up your bins.
When you need your bins back, simply cancel your storage service and we will send you an e-mail invite to schedule the return delivery of your bins.
6. How Will I Be Charged?
The storage of your bins is a subscription charged on a weekly basis at the beginning of each week. When you no longer require storage and want your bins back, simply log into your customer account and cancel the subscription. You will also be prompted to schedule the delivery of your bins back to you.
Store Your Bins charges a $50 fee for pick-up and delivery service.
